RETURNS

In the event you are not fully satisfied with the merchandise you have purchased online, MWRC allows multiple return policies. Our clients have implemented different return policies. Some clients offer the option to either return the item(s) directly to the manufacturer by UPS, or in some cases, to the store location of the retailer through which you placed your order for the item(s). Other client's only allow for returns directly back to the manufacturer within a specific time frame. Please visit each client's website for the most up to date return policies. Returning or exchanging an item to the manufacturer
You have 30 days from the receipt of the online shipment to return any item for credit or exchange, provided the merchandise is unused, in original condition, and is returned in the original shipping container. A copy of your original e-mail invoice must be included in the box with the returned merchandise. Please indicate on the invoice whether you would like credit or an exchange of a different size and/or color.

If a preprinted return label is included with the shipment's packing slip, place it on the original shipping box for return shipment. MWRC strongly recommends that you use a traceable method such as UPS for return shipment in order to ensure and track the return of your merchandise. MWRC is not responsible if your shipment is lost in return transit.

Upon the manufacturer's receipt of return, you will be issued a credit to the credit card used for purchase or an exchange within 3 business days. Please refer to the individual item customer service numbers on your original e-mail receipt should you have any questions about your return.

Returning an item to the retail store location
Some MWRC clients allow for products to be returned to the retail store location selected during purchase. If you selected multiple retailers in your order, you must return the item(s) to the retailer(s) you selected to place your order for that particular item. If you were directed to a manufacturer's Distribution Center, please return the item directly to the manufacturer for that product.

You have 30 days from the receipt of the online shipment to return any item for credit or exchange, provided the merchandise is unused, in original condition, and is returned in the original shipping container. A copy of your original e-mail invoice must be provided to the retailer(s) with the returned merchandise. The retailer(s) will complete a MWRC manufacturer Internet Return Request Form, which must be signed by both you and the retailer. The retailer(s) will give you a duplicate copy for your records and you will be issued a credit to the credit card used for purchase within 3 business days.

Exchanges are not available from the retailer's store location. You may return your merchandise for credit and purchase another item from the retailer directly. Please refer to the individual item customer service numbers on your original e-mail receipt should you have any questions about your return.
