FAQ'S

What does MWRC stand for?
Manufacturers, Wholesalers, Retailers, Consumers. All four groups benefit from our unique e-commerce system

How is MWRC unique?
The Online Sales Coordinator is unique in that it is the first comprehensive e-commerce system whose goal is to help enhance and protect the valued relationship between manufacturers and their dealers. Other e-commerce solutions may appear to do the same thing. However, MWRC is only patent pending solution that incorporates all parties in a win/win e-commerce system.

Who Should Use the MWRC Online Sales Coordinator?
Manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors who desire to take advantage of the increasing purchase of products by consumers over the Internet, and who also believe that their established retailers are an important part of their distribution network.

How does the MWRC Online Sales Coordinator Work?
A manufacturer, wholesaler, or distributor contracts with MWRC to use the Online Sales Coordinator and to sign up its retailers who are authorized dealers of its products. A manufacturer and its product lines can be installed in as little as 30 days. The online sales commence by the manufacturer selling and shipping products to customers directly from its existing warehouse using existing inventory and shipping facilities.

How is the sale made?
The consumer goes to the brands' Website and clicks onto the online store. The typical brand name company has already paid for and is operating a Website that attracts thousands of visitors because of its well-known name. But previously it has not offered products for sale to consumers because it did not want to upset its loyal retailers by selling directly to consumers and cutting the retailers out of the sale. The consumer shops for the brand's products using the brand's real-time inventory which is powered by the MWRC Online Sales Coordinator. The consumer then selects an online participating retailer's website using a zip code locator, adds the products to the shopping cart and proceeds to checkout to complete the sale.

How do retailers make money?
If a retailer is an authorized dealer of a brand's products, the retailer contracts with the manufacturer to be on the MWRC system. If the retailer already has a Website, it can be incorporated into the MWRC system, or MWRC can provide a Website from several pre designed templates. When a customer selects a retailer from the zip code generated list of participating retailers, that retailer receives a percentage of the sale as determined by the manufacturer. The retailer receives proceeds of the sale of a product the retailer has never had to touch, finance, buy, store in inventory, display, or pay a salesperson to sell.

Who fulfills the order?
The manufacturer receives the order, then packs and ships the products directly to the customer using existing shipping protocols, facilities, and staff. There is no need for the manufacturer to invest in new shipping facilities because they already exist. The retailer never touches the product and thereby has no expenses for the sale.

How are products returned?
The customer can return the products directly back to the manufacturer. Or the customer, if predetermined by the manufacturer, has the option to return the product to the local retailer the customer selected. If the customer returns the product to the local retailer, the retailer may retain the product in the store and turn the transaction into a normal wholesale purchase from the manufacturer, or return it to the manufacturer. In any event, the retailer has had the opportunity to generate retail traffic to the store and generate additional sales.
